Using Valve Items to harm/ kill

A player by the name of Liz was using a valve sticky launcher to damage/kill players. Even after they were told it was against the rules they continued.

I will look into the matter, but next time I would appreciate if you had some for om proof, i.e. screenshots of the incident, screenshots of chat, or even video footage.
